After Hours

An independent wine range with a typographic sense of timing.

  • Brand identity
  • Packaging
  • Editorial
  • Campaigns
01One bottle and label system across red, white and rosé concepts.

Off the clock.

Create a wine identity that is expressive on a crowded shelf and coherent across a small range. Extend it into labels, printed matter and an evening campaign.

Who it’s for

People choosing wine for an informal dinner, a gathering or the end of a working day.

The challenge

Wine packaging can rely on borrowed tradition or decorative imagery. This range needs its own point of view, communicated through type and the act of choosing a bottle.

02The typographic master and its deliberately shifted rhythm.

Let the typography slip out of schedule. Two lines of tall lettering move across an offset baseline, while a short coloured rule interrupts the O. The effect is controlled but slightly unexpected: a graphic expression of time becoming your own.

Why After Hours?

After Hours names the occasion rather than claiming an origin or a heritage. It gives the visual identity a clear emotional setting.

01

The name becomes the label image

Condensed lettering carries the personality. The offset setting and interrupted O make a recognisable composition without an illustration.

02

Range coding without visual noise

One bottle shape and one cream label system hold the family together. Small cobalt, terracotta and olive accents distinguish the variants.

03

Extend the occasion

The campaign uses evening light, a table and carefully placed type. Printed pieces retain the same restrained hierarchy and uncoated-paper character.

04An evening campaign gives the identity its social setting.

A wine identity concept spanning naming, typography, bottle labels, range architecture and campaign. These labels are visual concepts without origin, appellation or regulatory claims.
