Make time for tea.
Create a welcoming identity and product concept for an electric tea brewer. Make the object feel simple to understand and pleasurable to keep in everyday view.
Who it’s for
Tea drinkers who enjoy the preparation as well as the cup, in small homes and shared kitchens.
The challenge
An appliance can easily make a personal ritual feel automated and distant. The design should keep the act of brewing visible and the interaction tangible.
Let the vessel lead. A rounded body, open brewing bowl and generous handle make the product feel approachable. The wordmark has the same full curves, while the paired steam shapes give the ritual a compact visual signature.
Why Tava?
Tava has an open, two-beat sound that suits a warm domestic brand. In this fictional study the name is a creative direction, not a claim about linguistic origin.
Soft lettering with a clear silhouette
Broad strokes and carefully shaped counters give the lowercase mark presence without sharpness. It stays recognisable when embossed into the vessel.
Controls you can understand by touch
The concept uses one dial, a visible brewing chamber and a substantial handle. Butter enamel and brushed metal distinguish the warm exterior from the working parts.
Show the ritual, not just the appliance
The image sequence moves from the whole object to its parts and then to pouring. Cups and natural light give the product scale and a reason to exist.
A connected domestic-product concept spanning identity, form, packaging and use. Safety, food-contact materials and mechanical performance remain engineering work.
A fictional project created with AI and art-directed in the Notable studio. This is a curated concept study, not a client commission. The images illustrate a creative direction; editable identity assets and production preparation are separate steps.
